Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If you need to return or exchange an item, please read the policy below.

Return Period

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it.

With all original tags attached.

In its original packaging.

Returned with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Please note that items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order once you receive it. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately via WhatsApp so we can review the issue and help you as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Items that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged by the customer.

Items without original tags or packaging.

Sale items, discounted items, or gift cards, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another size, color, or product, please contact us via WhatsApp. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method, depending on the payment option used.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund process to be completed.
